His comprehensive understanding of policy and local plan processes enables him to offer pragmatic and commercially focused planning strategies.
Experienced in planning policy interpretation, he ensures development proposals align with local priorities. His approach combines detailed site analysis with policy insight to help clients identify opportunities, manage risk, and position their land effectively in the planning system.
Reiss is also experienced in bringing forward planning applications on a range of projects, including small-scale and large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use development, on brownfield and greenfield sites across the country.

Reiss is also well-versed in local stakeholder and community engagement, including presentations to town and parish councils, liaison with local planning authority officers and members, and public consultation events.
