Jack joined Marrons in March 2023, bringing with him valuable insight gained from his early career in a Leicestershire local authority. This dual-sector background gives Jack a well-rounded understanding of development management and the practical application of planning policy.
He works across a variety of sectors, including residential development, commercial schemes, hot food takeaways, and farm diversification projects.
Jack’s day-to-day role includes preparing and managing planning applications, coordinating appeals, presenting at planning committees, and managing certificates of lawful development. Jack also plays an active role in post-submission engagement with local planning authority officers to secure timely and positive outcomes for clients.
